PT has the makings of a great character with a high skill ceiling, but you have to put in the time to learn each of PT's components because PT is a much weaker character if you don't know all three. Charizard brings recovery and if you are at high % you can use him to avoid getting launched as easy and to hopefully snag an extra stock or some extra % from your opponent.
