Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino The elevators were not working properly, the A/c in the hall was down, then without any notice 3 security guys enter our room un- announced. Now back out to the main room, the dual closets are still there, and the doors have been replaced with more solid doors. Our next room on floor 38 was okay but we were woken by what sounded like bowling alley balls being dropped above us at 6am onwards!
