They look more comfortable and safer to wear than the super thin stiletto's she normally wears.

I would have preferred the white Hugo Boss Bonora blouse, which would have been sleeker overall with the gathers concentrated at the neckline. I find the shade of pink a bit sickly and 'off' but that could be entirely due to the lighting for the photography.
