She does great damage, especially with summon bolt, but you don't want to attack too much, if she takes too much aggro it can go south pretty quick. EDIT: I've been informed that Sharla's AI isn't as bad as I thought it was. Even though Dunban was successful, using the Monado caused him great damage to his right arm leaving it nearly unusable. If they use a talent art or ether attack, Dunban is taking it to the face as those can't be dodged. Max out their agility boost from gems (50 agility, at this point in the game you should be able to do that in 3 gems or get very close in 2), and skill link agility boosts, and you will have a much easier time with evading attacks - Dunban will be nigh on untouchable to enemies of a similar level, and Reyn will dodge more attacks than not.
