Edit: So when will I have the actual PT test, I understand the difference now lol. I can do about 40-45 push ups in 2 minutes; I can run the 1.50 miles in 11:50; I can touch my toes. While doing the duck walk, you’re instructed to squat down, walk to the other side of the room, turn around while still squatting, duck walk back, turn around again, and then stand up. look up navy crunches they aren't the same as situps, they are a lot easier. What does it even test? If you can’t do it that might mean you have what they are looking for. Only thing physical to "worry" about at MEPs is the duck walk. The doctor and her assistants instruct your group through various exercises that some other posters have mentioned (duck walk and such). Didn't pass the duck walk my first trip to MEPS.
