It is a brand new house so the wall and the floor is clean/ you get a small backyard, and possibly a garage, and you can still have a parking lot. I love my charming home built in 1919 and the feel of the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The neighborhood had changed a lot in the last 10 years but is still usually quiet and neighbors salute and are friendly but most of all are hard workers that focus in their own business. You could walk everywhere: Fishtown, Northern Liberties, and the El was so close.
