doom guy is pretty powerfull so i would say it would take some time to defeat him. He throws it at her, but it does little damage to her armor. I don't all the training Chief went through plus the augmentations could possibly come close to that. With a gaping hole in its chest, the tall thin demon breathed heavily its final gasps of air. i think it would end up coming down to chief and the doom slayer and they would wear each other down until the doom slayer ends up getting the final hit on chief.
