i got 2 thunderous encounters from free sets over the past few days, but like you, my sample size is small because i only got 3-4 encounters total lol (as i stated above, hitting rank 9 3200 was not kind to me haha. On the plus side, the only way to get a Great League Darkrai would be to trade a Lv15 one from research, and since Mythical Pokemon have traditionally been untradeable in the past, this likely will never be an issue.
